Padierna Turnkey Rentals is a Texas Walls company ("Padierna Turnkey Rentals," "we," "us"). We rent a Cat 255 compact track loader with our operator (a "wet lease") for jobs in North Texas. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us when you fill out a form, book a day, call, text, or email us: - Name, company name, email address, and phone number - Job address or city, job type, preferred start date, estimated days, and notes about the job - Photos or site details you choose to send - Messages you send us by text, email, or phone
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive limited details from Stripe, such as your name, the amount paid, the last four digits of the card, and whether the payment went through.
Information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring website. Our website platform may use cookies and similar tools to make forms work, prevent spam, and measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some forms may not work.
We use your information to: - Reply to your questions and send quotes - Schedule, confirm, and deliver your booking - Take payment and keep business and tax records - Send job updates, reminders, and follow-ups by phone, text, or email - Send occasional offers only if you agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time) - Keep our website and services safe, and follow the law
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, by checking a consent box on our form or texting us first), we may text you about your quote, booking, delivery, payment, and follow-ups. If you separately agreed to marketing texts, we may also send occasional offers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with the service providers that help us send the messages (see Section 4).

We share it only as needed to run our business: - Service providers that work for us, such as our customer management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), Stripe for payments, and our email and phone providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us. - Our team, including our operators, so they can find your site and do the job. - Texas Walls, our parent company, for business operations (not for selling your data). - When required by law, or to protect our rights, our people, or the public. - If our business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must follow this policy.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting rules. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable safeguards, such as secure (HTTPS) forms and reputable service providers. No system is 100% secure, so please do not send sensitive information (such as a full card number or Social Security number) by text or email.
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
